THE SHOP FOR HOPE
Art Direction
The souvenir shop of 9/11 Memorial & Museum in New York, has been exposed since its opening in 2012. Destructive criticism has been portrayed by the media since then; who they have named this place "Little Shop of Horrors".
Therefore the retail department 9/11 Memorial & Museum, first decided on June 2016 to open a space, for young visual artists. Whose talents may contribute to present a friendly and honorable image, in representing this iconic place for the world.
As a result of this opportunity, today through a new communication strategy based on tightening the bonds of brotherhood between people of different countries, and the views that different generations face in an unprecedented tragedy. We've created "5" five visuals that can be implemented in different media, to communicate the new image of fraternity and hope, that this place and its name, represents the nations; and thus open the way to what we want to be identified as "The Shop for Hope”.
